These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and devaidev.com, including our product research and development team, affiliated application operators, and authorized service providers where relevant (collectively, “Devaidev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to your download, installation, access to, browsing of, registration for, purchase within, or use of our applications, websites, content, and related services made available to global users through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and other lawful distribution channels.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. Service scope and license
We provide utility applications, mobile tool management applications, related websites, customer support channels, and consulting-related informational content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the applicable app or website on supported devices for lawful personal or internal business use, in accordance with the rules of the relevant app marketplace and local law.
This license does not transfer ownership of the app, website, code, visual assets, content, trademarks, or any related intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Devaidev and its licensors.
2. Eligibility, age, and account responsibilities
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or have permission from a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person where required.
- If your region imposes a higher age threshold for digital consent, account use, or personalized advertising, you must meet those requirements or use the service only through authorized adult supervision where legally permitted.
- If an app includes account features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activities occurring through your account unless prohibited by law.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account, contacting support, or requesting consulting services.
3. Monetization model: IAA and IAP
3.1 IAA disclosure
Some of our apps are supported by in-app advertising. By using those apps, you understand that we may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising or mediation partners. Ad formats may include app open ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, native ads, or other policy-compliant units depending on app design and regional requirements.
You may not interfere with, manipulate, fraudulently trigger, obscure, block in breach of applicable law or platform rules, or otherwise abuse the advertising systems embedded in the app. Invalid traffic, automated clicking, ad stacking, forced ad interaction, or any attempt to harm monetization integrity may result in suspension or termination.
3.2 IAP disclosure
Some of our apps offer paid digital features, subscriptions, premium access, consumables, or non-consumable unlocks through Apple, Google, or another authorized marketplace. Digital goods provided through IAP are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value unless local law requires otherwise.
- Prices, billing cycles, renewal terms, and trial periods are displayed through the applicable store interface.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant app marketplace account settings before the renewal cutoff.
- Entitlements may vary by platform, store account, and region.
- We may suspend access to premium features if a payment is reversed, declined, refunded, or identified as fraudulent.
3.3 Refunds
Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are generally handled through Apple or Google, respectively, in accordance with their policies and applicable consumer law. Except where required by law, used or consumed digital items are not refundable once delivered. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under local consumer law.
4. User conduct rules
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, attempt to extract source code, or otherwise derive the underlying code, trade secrets, or architecture of the app except to the extent mandatory law expressly permits it.
- Use exploits, automation, emulation abuse, bots, script injection, or unauthorized APIs to gain unfair advantage, generate false traffic, manipulate rewards, or interfere with the app.
- Upload, transmit, or publish unlawful, harmful, infringing, obscene, defamatory, deceptive, privacy-violating, or abusive content.
- Bypass age gates, consent prompts, payment controls, access restrictions, regional restrictions, or security mechanisms.
- Interfere with the services, servers, or networks, including denial-of-service attacks, credential stuffing, scraping beyond permitted use, or malicious requests.
- Use our trademarks, brand assets, screenshots, or product materials in a misleading way or without authorization, except as permitted by law.
5. User content and feedback
You retain rights in content you create and submit within the app, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the service. By submitting content, feedback, suggestions, or product ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display that content as necessary to provide the service and improve the product. If you submit feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without compensation or restriction, except where prohibited by law.
6. Availability, updates, and changes
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, app versions, content modules, monetization settings, or supported devices at any time. We may also release patches, bug fixes, security updates, design refinements, or policy-driven changes. Some updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or be available in every territory.
7. Third-party services and marketplace rules
Our services may rely on third-party services including advertising SDKs, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, cloud services, payment processors, and app marketplaces. Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. Apple, Google, and other marketplaces may impose additional rules on purchases, subscriptions, reviews, ratings, and account management. To the extent required by those marketplaces, their rules are incorporated into these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The apps, website design, copy, layouts, brand elements, code, databases, user interface components, documentation, audio-visual material, logos, icons, and related intellectual property are owned by Devaidev or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit our materials except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services, with or without notice where permitted by law, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, engaged in payment abuse, generated invalid ad traffic, or harmed other users or the integrity of the service. You may stop using the services at any time by uninstalling the app, discontinuing website use, or requesting account deletion where supported.
10. Account deletion and consequences
Where account deletion is available, you may request deletion through in-app controls or by emailing contact@devaidev.com. Upon deletion, account-linked data may be erased or de-identified in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal obligations. Virtual items, saved content, premium entitlements linked solely to the deleted account, and other non-transferable benefits may become permanently unavailable and may not be recoverable.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, always available, or compatible with every device, operating system version, network environment, or region. We do not guarantee that the app will always produce a specific productivity, emotional, performance, or device outcome for any user.
Advertising content and third-party offers are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, or quality of third-party products, services, or claims presented in advertisements or external links.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devaidev and its affiliates, licensors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or goodwill loss arising out of or related to the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent a limitation of liability is permitted, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us for the applicable service in the twelve months before the claim arose or the minimum amount required by law.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some portions of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devaidev and its related parties from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or your unlawful conduct.
14. Consumer rights and mandatory local law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or overrides any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If local law grants you mandatory remedies, guarantees, cancellation rights, or disclosure rights, those rights remain in effect.
15. Governing law and dispute resolution
Unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre under its then-current rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of the arbitration shall be English. If local law gives you the right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction, nothing in this section is intended to remove that non-waivable right.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect legal developments, operational changes, feature updates, monetization changes, or security needs. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except to the extent prohibited by law.
